Chester (Chaz) Patrick (1958-2008) is part of the Gitksan Nation from Hazelton, BC. At Art School he took
the first letter of his name with the first three letters of his town to create his artist name Chaz. He was the
winner of The BC Creative Achievement Award for First Nations Art in 2007.
