Note: Sid Barron (1917-2005) was a member of ACEC (Association of Canadian Editorial Cartoonists) and his work appeared regularly in the Victoria Times Colonist and The Toronto Star. The Glenbow Museum and The National Archives bought up all his work. He grew up in Victoria and loved painting westcoast fishing boats since he was a boy. Also see his ink sketch on our blog.
